Order Processing
Once you place an order with NoreVe, your order will be reviewed and processed for shipment.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.
Delivery Time
We currently offer delivery within Saudi Arabia.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Saudi Arabia.
When placing a COD order, please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct and complete.
You are responsible for being available at the provided delivery address and accepting the order when the courier arrives.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and/or tracking information, depending on the delivery service used for your order.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver your order within the estimated 5–6 business days, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
These delays can be caused by:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- High order volumes
- Remote delivery locations
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
NoreVe is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating your order.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- City
- District
- Street/address
- Building or apartment information
If incorrect information causes a delivery failure or additional delivery attempt, additional charges or delays may apply where applicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, or the delivery information is incorrect, the courier may attempt to contact the customer or arrange another delivery attempt.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to the sender.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please request cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refusing an order at the time of delivery may be treated as a failed delivery rather than a standard cancellation.
Returns & Replacements
NoreVe accepts eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
NoreVe does not provide monetary refunds.
Approved returns may qualify for a replacement, subject to product availability and inspection of the returned product.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or misused by the customer may not qualify for a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please report the issue as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage so that we can review the issue and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement.
